www.sagarhillroad.com firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual product ordered.

 EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

  • You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
  • Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.
  • Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
  • Return charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
  • All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used for your next purchase online or at store. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online & can be used in our Retail store in Mumbai.
  • Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
  • Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
  • If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But www.sagarhillroad.com will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

 

Can I return the order If I receive it late?

Most of our orders are shipped on time indeed before time as we try our best to deliver every order as soon as possible. For every product on the website the delivery time is mentioned including extra days to be on the safer side so the shipment is always done on the given time.

The customer is provided with the valid courier tracking number soon after the order is shipped. Also having the best courier service tie-ups the order is always delivered on time. However any delay from the courier service is not in our hands so the order cannot be cancelled for delay.
