Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 We charge a standard delivery fee of Rs.100 for shipping to any address across India (3–7 business days). However, please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports, and Jurong Island. We request you to provide a complete street address with a valid PIN / ZIP code. If you choose Cash On Delivery mode of transaction customer will have to pay additional Rs.100

On the front, we deliver to most states that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our store. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :

  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Footwear should have no scuff marks on its outsole
  • Originals receipts would need to be included

If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Customer will have to ship the order back within 7 days of receiving it. Customer can also exchange/ return the order themselves at the Sagar store in Mumbai.

4. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

  • You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
  • Kindly print and fill up the Exchange/Return Request Form here and follow the steps indicated in the form for your exchange.
  • Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
  • Return charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
  • All requests for returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your online Store Credit Voucher is valid for 1 year and can be used for your next purchase online or at store. It is strictly non refundable, non extendable, non exchangeable for cash and non exchangeable for boutique vouchers. The online Store Credit Voucher is applicable online & can be used in our Retail store in Mumbai.
  • Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded.
  • Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.
  • If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But www.sagarhillroad.com will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
  • No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

 

Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to sagarbandra39@gmail.com and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or incomplete address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees & not www.sagarhillroad.com. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
